Hi,

I am Jordan, and I am based in Colorado. I am a Health Coach and NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach. I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Colorado Mesa University. I am currently working towards my master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellness from Creighton University. I work with clients to build healthier lifestyles for themselves. I specialize in working with women who are 30+ years old who are trying to balance it all, from family, friends, career and everything in between. I am passionate about health because I understand how difficult it is to have an overwhelming number of responsibilities and somehow our health is the first thing to drop off the to-do list. I was working in the corporate world for ten years and my health always took a back seat, I gained weight, had low energy, high stress, and in general, did not feel great. I am on a mission to help women put themselves and their health first. Helping yourself helps you be the best you for those that matter!

As your health coach, I will learn about you and your life. What your schedule is, what you like to eat, what activities you enjoy, what your priorities are, what your stresses are. I will then work hand and hand with you to see where we can implement simple improvements to your health to ultimately meet your individual goals. As your health coach my end goal is to help you implement these improvements and hold you accountable until these become your habits.

I will provide customized workout plans for you with your likes, dislikes, and goals in mind. You will also receive one-on-one coaching where we will discuss your habits, lifestyle, stressors, energy levels, and diet, so that we can work to adjust your current lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle for the long haul.

I will help you build a healthy lifestyle by working through your current habits and lifestyle. We will build your individual lifestyle with small improvements that will help you maintain new healthy habits for years to come.
