After 10 years of working a standard 9 to 5 job, I felt first-hand the difficulty of trying to live a healthy happy lifestyle.
I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness. I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, so I have a great foundation of science-backed knowledge and resources to help you build great habits and systems to maintain your health.
Knowing what you need to do and doing it are two different things. It’s also harder than most people comprehend. After much practice living in a 9 to 5 job and learning to have a successfully healthy lifestyle, I am here to help you create the habits to build one yourself.
