Recipe of the Month Strawberry Water Prep time: 5 minutes Total time: 5 minutes Ingredients: 1 lb of fresh strawberries (can use frozen if thawed) 1 tablespoon of Lime juice 1 tablespoon of sugar (honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar for substitute) 7 cups (64oz) cold water, divided Sparkling water, to serve (optional) Instructions: Clean berries. Place strawberries in a blender with 1 cup of water, the lime juice, and sugar and blend on high until fully combined. Add remaining 6 cups of water. Taste and adjust sugar and lime as needed, (the flavor will mellow over time). Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days. If desired top with sparkling water! Add some blueberries to the top to make it a Red and blue drink in honor of the 4th of July!
